Not only that, but he is also generous in providing information on hospitals and shopping that only local residents know. We have just moved to Singapore with limited background of the city and he went the extra mile to not just find us an apartment but also advise us on location and conveniences in each of the areas.

He was committed to helping us find an apartment in our prescribed time frame which is key for a new person in a city. He also liased with the landlord’s agent to help us secure permission for some additional requirements such as a water filter, ceiling fan, etc.

He spent two weeks visiting homes with us prior to our actual relocation. He is extremely client focused, quick with feedback and approachable at any time of the day/night or weekend. James had excellent local insight into the places he showed us and was able to advise on the layout of the units, build quality, any upcoming works in the neighbourhood and what a fair rent should be. He managed to get our tenancy agreed in a highly competitive market and at the same time we really felt that he had our interests at heart.
