    Comments by customer Although we had some issues in finding properties, Marie was always there to help and answer our questions.
    I feel sorry that she had to be on work almost 24/7 to reply clients' messages. I wonder if she has time to spend with her family as I assume many of the viewings are scheduled during weekends. I respect her for that.
    As you can see from her title, she seems to have experience in this industry for long time. She was very knowledgeable. Also, I liked how she dressed up in professional way. Pepole will judge you with your appearence. She knows it very well.

    Comments by customer must put on record my deepest appreciation and thanks to Marie Lam, DD. She helped me rent out my unit at Jalan Tari Serimpi. She helped me manage my properties as I am presently overseas.

    It took her many days and hours and lots of personal time to help me remove an unauthorized occupant from my house. She waited for over 6 hrs for the police and the person to return the keys and even stayed until 1am to oversee the person and police to remove her items from my premises. She had to return to my unit on many other occasions to ensure a smooth takeover.

    Today she even took time from her busy schedule to appear as a witness in court on the person false claims.

    All these time taken, she could have closed another few more deals which will mean tens of thousands and/or missed opportunities. But yet, she volunteered and did all these without any expectations in return and do all these willingly at the bottom of her heart and to the best of her ability.

    Such a person is truly rare and nearly impossible to come by. I am glad to have Marie to help me market my properties and will continue to do so as someone that I totally trust!

    Please assist to relay this to her and to the entire team on her commitment and doing more than what is normally required of an agent.
