It took Steven 1.5 days to do such work. Which agent will take such a long time to do such work? Not to mention to edit and put all the pics and videos together. He has excellent knowledge about the property and the neighbourhood. His service is far beyond expectation. After I handed over the rooms back to him, I realised I needed to return wifi equipment to wifi service provider but I couldn’t do so since I was leaving Singapore at the time. He has good knowledge on my unit that he is selling and he is definitely approachable. Due to Covid19 CB measures, my unit unable to sell for more than 6 months, but Stefan pressed on and continue to market my unit. Till date, my unit has been sold and I am officially staying at my new unit.

I was running out of time to sell my previous flat before HDB proceed forfeit my new BTO. After I've exercised my OTP, Stefan went beyond his duty as the seller's agent to guide and ensure that all the buyer admin requirements were properly done and he was very quick with answering all our questions. Comments by customer I was fortunate to have met, Mr Stefan Tan, He was respectful to me and my wife addressing us as “abang” and “kakak”. In the Malay custom, it is an expression of respect for those who are older than you.
He is someone who not only is trying to sell your property but who also has your interest and well-being at heart. His positivity, sincerity and honesty is beyond compare.

I handed him some cash to pay the house remover. I counted the cash and handed it to him.
On the quiet , he counted the cash again and returned to me some extra cash which I had counted by mistake.

Anyway, in the end he has to prove that he could sell my house. Before this I had engaged another agent from a different company but for almost a year he was not able to close the deal. Not Stefan. In less than 10 days the deal was done. Not only was it so fast but at a price that was quite a record at the time.
I will certainly recommend my anyone who are intending to buy or sell their properties to engage his service
