    Comments by customer Dwayne literally walked the extra miles. Other than posted up Ads in online platforms, he also put in Ads in both english and chinese newspapers which he deemed more appropriate for our hdb maz i.e. greater reach out to our potential buyers who still search property the traditional way. Dwayne also personalized an attractive flyer for our home, went door to door to our estate and the neighbouring landed houses to find buyers for us. He is the only agent whom we felt his physical presence throughout. Thanks to his hard work, our home was sold within the month within our expected price! He continued to guide us through the paperwork until completion and handover. We are grateful that he is our exclusive agent and had recommended him to our relative and friends. They are also his happy customers now. :)
