    Comments by customer We didnt start by shortlisting the units we wanted to buy, as Agatha made us understand our circumstances well first, i.e. our budget, financial condition, purpose fr buying the unit, options available fr us & what r the conditions to fulfil. This first step made all subsequent processes very smooth. We then go on to tell Agatha the specifics of the unit we want, afterwards, all the units Agatha helped us shortlist match all our criteria. Agatha was very efficient and responsive, she was able to arrange for viewings with the seller/agent within a short time frame. The thing that impressed us the most, after we decided to give our offer for a unit which was on "view to offer" pricing, we gave Agatha a price that is above the indicated price by seller. Agatha surprised us by securing the unit at a price lower than the price that we gave her. This enables us to see that she has been working in our interest, and coupled with her organised approach, we are very happy through and through!
