    During our 1st meetup, Avim was patient in explaining to me the whole process from applying of HLE to the completion of purchase with a detailed timeline and a breakdown of the total cost. He understood the criteria i was looking for and work within my budget to source for a suitable unit.

    During our viewing of some units, I was very keen in one of the unit but it was out of my budget. I gave up the thought of purchasing that unit, but days later, I received a call from Avim telling me that he managed to negotiate with the seller and working around my budget, I am actually able to afford it. I am delighted and really thankful to Avim for helping me secure this unit.

    A warm and friendly guy who will do his best to answer any queries I have. I would recommend him to friends who are looking for their future nest and will engage his service again when needed.

After understanding the challenges I faced, he proposed and discussed the various methods (including staging) to market the property. He delivered his promises on the advertisements on different platforms. He managed our expectations well. He puts in a lot of effort to bring in buyers for viewing. The buyer was found about 6 weeks we entrusted our property to Avim exclusively. The most important is that he achieved to sell my property well close to my expected price. It is such a pleasure to work with him. The selling experience is memorable. I will not hesitate to recommend Avim.

    Comments by customer Avim has been more of a friend, trusted advisor than just an agent. I had no dealings with him before and we met in one of the property projects..actually i heard of ERA poor selling incidents before u til I met Avim and my changed my perspectives of ERA.
    Avim really belongs to new era of change very differernt from the usual agents whether they be from ERA or others. His sincere approach, daring to share his views, patience and hardworking atitude and always presenting with various scenarios earned him a great edge over others. His candid and never give up attitude is amazing.what is best is that his negotating skills surpises us when he give us presents with better than expected buying prices besides closing the deal
    i have seen other agents calling me and then went missing into actions without letting me know the status..Avim on the other hand is constantly updating us of the developments whether good or bad..
    i am now engaging him to sell my unit and he is an great asset to ERA.
