    Comments by customer Without Cindy, our move to Singapore from overseas would have been a disaster. Cindy not only did her job by showing us the property and making sure that everything was clear with the lease; she really went above and beyond to help us when we had problems transferring the money from our non-singaporean bank. She helped us as well to set up our electricity account, which would have been a lot harder for us. My questions were promptly addressed and she valued added by giving her professional opinion including how I can do up the unit to improve its marketability. She kept me informed of all the prospective tenants who viewed. The whole process was very smooth and my unit was rented out in 2 weeks after it was listed to tenant with good profile.

    Comments by customer As a landlord, just about to complete one year of leasing the property and Cindy already has a list of tenants willing to rent the apartment already !!! Beside being very friendly and polite, I found that she understands the requirement of both the parties and is able to find right match. I like the fact that she is very neautral and tries to put herself in both tenant and landlord shoes to come out w a solution that is good for all parties.
