It was so unbelievable as my sister and i both thought it would be difficult as our place was old and not in fantastic condition. But i guess having a good real estate agent helps. We benefitted through his various marketing activities and in truth, he is very good at what he does. I would highly recommend Mark to my friends and family for sure. He is worth engaging.

    Comments by customer When I engaged Mark's services, his pleasant mannerisms really stood out, then I witnessed his salesmanship and realised he was really top notch. Everything I could ask for was delivered, which allowed me to continue with my hectic schedule.
    Here are some facts:
    1. After the financial assessment, Mark marketed my place at a mutually agreeable price.
    2. In the 1st week, I had 4 buyers scheduled to view.
    3. Only 2 buyers were able to view before the house was sold.
    4. Within 7 DAYS, my house was sold.
    5. My unit was sold 20k more than a similar transaction from the same floor.
    6. Your loss if you don't get Mark to sell your house.

    Into the selling of our flat, He was very fast in executing the process, wasting no time at all. He was very tactical in marketing our place and getting the right potential buyers to view. And he was able to manage our expectations with evidences without taking the easier way. In fact, you are rest assured he is definitely on your side as a seller's representative. In the end, thanks to him, we sold our flat within 2 months!

Despite the challenging market conditions, Mark persisted and managed to secure a very decent sale price for me. His service is also excellent, always early for appointments and always prompt and helpful to assist with related tasks such as legal paperwork.
