As we live overseas, she helped us tidy up the house, got rid of unwanted furniture etc. She was always on top of everything and advises us promptly what the next step is. She took care of any and everything! She made the whole selling process a breeze! Everything went so well and so smooth! We did not even have to come back to Singapore to sign anything!

    From representing us in negotiating the sale price to all the documentation, to the request of HDB token for password, to getting the Power of Attorney to represent us, to coordinating the delivery of furniture to my mother’s home, she took care of everything! She is definitely the honest, sincere and trustworthy Agent that any seller can trust her with the job!
