For example, she took the initiative to come meet us, sit down with us and listen thoroughly to understand what we are looking for. She also took the initiative to get us the best possible deal at a best price possible by directly negotiating with the seller agent, always remembering to keep within and even below budget. Miaw also has extensive knowledge on how the whole process works from legal matters to dealing with the government agencies. She never shy away from our million questions on tiny little things. She is very understanding and most importantly, patient. Miaw work with extreme speed and efficiency! She understands our situation and time constraint, and therefore she took the extra miles to help us quickly snd efficiently arranged for house viewing with no time wasted.     Comments by customer Miaw is aware of what I want. She shortlist houses where requires minimal renovation and considers me as a muslim. so most of the houses she choose for me are all muslim houses even though my requirement was 4 room corner unit.

    She also understands which is the best unit and teach me about fengshui for future selling of the house.

    In addition, she did a good survey of the shortlisted houses so that we can get a good price without overvaluing the unit.

    I would definitely recommend her to all my friends and family if they are looking for a house.
