We were initially concerned about the length of time to sell the unit as well as not being able to get a good price. With her quick actions, efforts, and knowledge of the market, the unit was sold within 2 weeks and at a price that we were happy with. Having just bought an EC and a challenging resell market, we were initially worried about not being able to sell off our HDB within the 6 months limit. However, Cassan got the timing perfectly right! With her expertise, we sold our flat in just one week at a good price after we shifted to our new house. As such, we didn’t have to rush through the renovation. She patiently guided us through the entire process. Transaction was hassle-free. Double-thumbs up! Thank you Cassan!

    A few years back, when we were first looking for a condo, she brought us to see the show flats and patiently explained and worked through the finance with us. We did not proceed then as after her calculations, we realized that we will be financially tight.

    One year back, feeling that we are financially ready this time, we went to look for Cassan again. She was able to quickly find us a suitable flat and again patiently guided us through the entire process till we get our keys. Very trustworthy! We highly recommend her.
