    Comments by customer would like to write in to commend on the exemplary services that my wife & I received from 2 of your agents, Max Foo & Samantha Wong, when we bought our new home at Skypark Residences.

    We were very impressed with Max’s knowledge of the current property market and performance of their services with professionalism and efficiency. Given that my wife & I are very stringent in our housing preference & budget, making our choice of available units in the property market very limited, we were given very sound advice on what to expect, and brought to view various houses to better understand the different types of houses that may suit our needs. This greatly helped us in finding our dream home and making a decision on which property suit our needs and budget.

    As we have a 3 year old daughter, Samantha went the extra mile in searching the various kindergartens around each area to give us the assurance that our daughter will be able to go to a school within the vicinity of the districts where we were interested in buying.

    Even though we were indecisive a number of times on which property to buy, Max & Samantha were very patient, and do not give us any pressure to decide quickly on just buying any property in the market, unlike some agents who will only tell the home buyer all the good points of the property, and pushy for the sales to go through quickly.

    Max & Samantha will just tell us to look carefully at each property, and weigh the pros & cons of each property before making the final decision on which property to get. These are the type of agents that we buyers need to make sound decisions, and we sincerely thank Max & Samantha for assisting us in our arduous journey of finding a new home.

    We will continue to engage their services to assist us in selling our current property, and hopefully get the selling price that we want.
