Selling or buying a house is never an easy process, but, Lawrance with his good market knowledge, experiences and proven sales records guided me step by step along the selling process route. It was then sales closed and HDB sales completion.

    I'm writing in appreciation to my housing agent, Mr Lawrence Toh (98359145) for making me a proud owner of an Executive Condominium.

    I collected the keys to my long awaited-for unit a week ago and truly, if not for Lawrence, I'll never ever dream of owning (not even renting) a condo at all.

    Lawrence was doing a 'roadshow' (with just a pull up banner) at Kovan market one morning about 2 years ago when I happened to walk past and took a look at the banner, just to admire the beautiful scenes of a condo.  Usually, no agent will bother to entertain me as I am just an auntie, completely dressed down, simply no potential for buying anything more than a standard flat. But Lawrence is different, he struck off a conversation by asking me simple questions about my current housing and within minutes, he triggered me into thinking about the possibility of upgrading my living standard from HDB to an executive condo.

    I'm never a risk taker to begin with and I was merely years away from my official retirement age when we first met. Being a proud owner of a fully paid flat with zero debt in hand, I was always thinking why would I ever want to buy a new house at this stage that will set me deep into hundreds of thousands in debt which I am unlikely to redeem off when I retire (officially at 55). Btw, there was zero reason for me to consider changing house at all... but Lawrence is really a very professional agent and he didn't think what I thought (haha,  thank God 😅) ... he sincerely went through all the possibilities of me buying an EC and thou I was fully unconvinced (of my ability to afford) in the initial stage, but he never gave up. He worked through the sums with me, never once appeared to be pushy and there was no hard selling at all. I could sense his sincerity and he is genuine throughout. He gave practical advices that match my budget and affordability to sustain future payment and thankfully, he convinced me into buying a unit.

    Today, I stand proud as an owner of a beautiful EC unit, with my spouse and children all in awe realising that condo living is no longer a dream to us now ... and all these could not have happened, if not for a housing agent who's sincere and genuine.

    Once again, our most heartfelt thanks to you, Mr Lawrence Toh.

    We wish you further success in closing more of such meaningful deals.
