    Comments by customer Valerie impressed me with her deep expertise of real estate market of S'pore.While many agents I met before provide views of property largely from what popular beliefs, I find Valerie different and more convincing because she always use data as hard evidence to support her arguments. The data she used includes S'pore Property Index, Historical Sales price, Rental Yield, regional Condo-to-HDB ratio, etc which are all very relevant to my decision and thus helped me a lot to have a confident gage on a property's investment potential. I also found her assessment of property very comprehensive, because she is able to evaluate properties from many angles, like livability of the region, recent supply&demand dynamic, uniqueness of the property, involvement in government's master plan, etc. She also impressed me with her sharpness in pointing out the key features of a property that matter to me most based on my requirements. She is the most knowledgeable & reliable property advisor i have met.
