    Comments by customer Alex was a great help in the process of selling and purchasing my new property with great ease. From the start he took over, he made us stress free. He presented us with detailed calculations and explanation. Alex tirelessly entertained and answered our queries promptly. As this was our first time selling our property, we were pretty much clueless and Alex was always there to the rescue. The pictures of our house were taken beautifully on the first meeting after we agreed on selling and engaging him. Potential buyers came in fast and Alex acted upon it swiftly in order to have a close within the month. This was because we were certain that our area will be affected by ethnic quota. Sure enough, the next month came and our area was affected. However, Alex rushed all the paperwork, liaise closely with the buyer and hdb and made it a success. After which, Alex willingly help us all out to view potential houses. In summary, Alex was always there, very efficient and productive.
