When Johnson became a full-fledged ERA agent in 2013, he had a vision: To help homeowners attain their dream home and multiply their assets so they can retire stress-free. As he grew up, it dawned on him that his parents could actually have upgraded smoothly from their HDB to a private estate of their choice during their youth. However, they missed this prized opportunity because they lacked proper guidance. Witnessing this mistake first-hand quickly turned into an epiphany of how much he could transform lives if he was endowed with sufficient domain knowledge. Soon, he was on a quest to educate others about the potential of their own assets and how they could be fully maximised.

On top of being able to empathise genuinely with his clients, Johnson places their interests above all else. Over the years, he has honed and sharpened his skills such that he is able to deliver excellent service that meets their expectations-- and it is not uncommon for him to surpass these because he never fails to go the extra mile. Integrity, honesty and open communication make up the centerpiece of Johnson’s practice as he believes that transparency is indispensable when it comes to his work as a realtor.     home can be felt from the moment you contact him. He puts in 110% effort even when you aren’t ready to commit to anything yet. His attitude towards his client is consistent regardless of ticket size of the property. What really attracted and made him standout in my opinion is that he gives very genuine advice and ensure that his client is not overly burdened after purchasing the property. Advice that puts his client first before his pocket. He is not pushy or impatient while helping your search for your dream home. He does the proper research for you before viewing bring you to view the property and gives you relevant information about the amenities, school, condition but most of all, if the property is a value buy. Such passion and servitude towards clients is hard to come by and I am very proud to have chosen Mr Toh as my agent for my first property. He is my go to choice for all my future property purchase.

    Comments by customer We had a tight timeline to get a house as we needed a place to move in as soon as we can. With the timeline given- Johnson immediately strategized a plan for us. He was efficient and resourceful to find many options for our resale flat- while considering our budget and needs. He was thorough and went as far to check cabinet hinges! We are first time buyers therefore we needed time to familiarise or understand certain concepts. However, we are thankful that Johnson is articulate- allowing us to absorb important informations during the entire process.

    Overall, Johnson is versatile, friendly and genuine. I would love to work with him again in future and would recommend my family and friends :)

    Comments by customer We got to know Johnson in 2014 when we bought our very first flat and we contact him again when we wanted to sell that unit we bought in 2014 and buy new flat. He was always a call away and he really took the effort to source for units that will match our requirements. And we managed to sell and buy a new unit within a month.
    He's always in time when we have house viewing and he will also advice us on the pros and cons of buying a particular unit.

    Comments by customer The idea of selling the house almost got scrapped as the first agent that we engage from other Property company was a big failure with no views to our house since it was posted for about 3 months. There is also pressure as our upcoming EC had TOP and we need to sell our HDB as soom as possible. Eventually,a good friend of ours recommended Johnson to handle the sale of our HDB unit. All faith were given to Johnson to advertise it and in a matter of 3 weeks,a buyer was found and agreed to purchase our flat. He had also help in calculating our money management and also assist us to get a better unit at the EC recommended by him. I believe that this is not the end of the meeting with each other as he will be a great help in the future for property investment.
