He explains what he does to allow his clients to know what he is thinking and so they do not wonder what he is up to. He provides timely updates to show his efforts and the progress. Even with my property where the odds are stacked against him, he soldiered on and eventually settled a deal where others would have already given up. He Is one who believes in values and will not cut corners nor will he do anything to the detriment of his clients. Also, he does his own research to have updated information and insights in the market, so you can be certain he knows what he is talking about. He is one of the few rare gems you can trust.

He didn't give up despite it took a while to sell. At one point I brought in 2 more agents to sell, but in the end he was the one that come through for me. He helped me secure my asking price which happened to be record high as well. I trust him totally to allow him access to my house for viewing when no one is in. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who currently has difficulty selling his/her house.
