    Comments by customer I am writing to commend his responsiveness, very positive attitude and his tremendous energy level with which he really found a buyer within 2 week’s time at the price acceptable to me. I did not find any difficulty in settling this matter with his help. Looking at his excellent service in selling my HDB flat, I also requested him to take up my purchase plan, this time a condominium and he did again the same. He helped me to buy a unit in Faber Crest condominium within no time. During this purchase, I was also impressed with his resourcefulness which helped me in settling other things like moving my house, banking and legal matters etc. He simply provided me such contacts which were extremely helpful to me. I am pleased with his services and willing to refer him to my friend circle whenever they have the need to buy or sell their properties.

    Comments by customer I just wanted to take this time to write in a letter of commendation to one of your ERA agents, Mr Robin Jack Loh who has recently assisted my partner and myself in securing our very own first property in Singapore, the Botanic at Bartley.
    Robin was ever so patient and thoughtful throughout the entire property selection process and was constantly positive when we faced unfavorable conditions. He also constantly offered his help and even going out of his way to ensure the comfort, ease and convenience of both my partner and myself. I find this level of service rather rare in agents in this modern day and age and again I just wanted to thank him for all that he has done for us, and for management to be aware of our appreciation of him.
    Please continue to keep up the great level of service and I will definitely recommend ERA to my friends should they need expertise in this area in the coming future!

We are delighted with his skilful marketing and friendly, helpful approach in promoting our rental flat to the tenants. As a result, the rental deal was effectively closed. The happy tenants have commenced their tenancy on 14 July 2018. As a family, we wish to thank Mr Low once again for all his help and efforts.
