    find your dream home based on your financial ability.
    She will work out your budget, advise you the breakdown of your
    financials and shortlist all the potential units within your budget and
    follow you through the whole process of buying until completion.
    Knowing that buying a home is a long term commitment, she will not rush you
    to commit even though you cannot find a unit that you like even after many viewings
    but is patient in helping you find a unit that you like and within your own budget
    before you commit.
    After sales completion, she will dropby sometimes to pay a visit.
    Been a sales person before, I always believe in good service during the buying process
    and good after sales service to leave a good impression to your customers
    which will in turn lead to potential future referral and boosting one's sales figure in the process.
    That's the hallmark of a good sales person and Shirley fits the bill.

    Comments by customer Shirley is skilful in sales negotiating, such that my home was sold with more than 2 months rent free stay upon completion.
    She went an extra mile delivering free time and service following me on couple of viewings, giving advice for purchase of my new resale home . Much more, she even assisted me in planning the timeframe for purchase of my new resale home to tie with the home sale completion, hence giving me sufficient renovation time for the new home.
    I am grateful to her endearing service and help, so much so I found in her as a friend and sister!

    Comments by customer My husband and I would like to convey our grateful thanks to Shirley Tan for her confidence and persistence in selling our HDB flat. We were somewhat concerned that with the impending holiday season, it would be challenging to secure a buyer. Upon having our property listed, she was able to arrange a steady multitude of potential buyers to view our property. From the outset, she clearly communicated the prevailing market price range for our property type and area. This was important as it enabled us to manage our expectations. It was thus a pleasant surprise when she not only secured a buyer in a relatively short duration from the time our property was listed but she also negotiated a much higher selling price - we certainly could not be happier!     I was very fortunate to have met Shirley Tan Siew Lee fairly early in the search for my home. Shirley understood my concerns and needs well and provided me a lot of valuable advice.

    Shirley acted fast to shortlist potential units for my consideration after understanding my requirements. With her deep knowledge and insight of the local market, and her patience in searching through pages of listings followed by a few weekends of viewings, I managed to find my ideal home within half a year.
