    When I need advise , he is there to guide and even go further than that.

He has always been very patient in answering our questions and made every point to explain every detail. Hence we had never felt that we were imposing on him. He has always began the viewings with smiles and ensured that he ended each viewing with smiles too! Certainly thumbs up and we are so glad to have engaged him in our selling!

    I had knew him a few years back . He had been a nice and friendly person .
    Despites that there is no business relationship involved . He is willing to give me advices and helps on property issues.
    Unlike those pushy Property Agent , he is patient and willing to take the extra miles to advice me on property related doubts despite my property had not met the MOP period .Recently , he had helped me to sell off my unit within a month.
