    Comments by customer Jason was working with me when I was based in Hong Kong, looking to relocate back to Singapore. We had 2-3 months prior to my arrival in Singapore. Jason came across as honest, candid, and knowledgeable. He seems to be the right agent to represent the buyer as he has good negotiation skills and does his research thoroughly. He is very tentative to our needs, and our preferences. He is well aware to work within the budget. Upon my arrival in Singapore, the very first Saturday after the 2 weeks quarantine, Jason took me to view the apartments we have pre agreed on the shortlist. The first apartment was a last minute inclusion as it cam onto the market the week before, Jason made sure I got the first viewing in the morning. By lunchtime, I decided to make an offer, on Sunday we have the OTP on hand. There were many buyers who came for the viewing after me, and there were a few couples while I was there. It was a hot property. Jason is the star!

    Comments by customer Jason has a very positive attitude. He has an optimistic & confidence person, experience in his area. He can seem oevercome any expected obstacles. The other sales persons that I encountered before, they are not really keen, and much less confidence than Jason.
    Most of all, he can sell my unit within two week. We are very glad . Hopefully everything will run smoothly until the end stage of transaction.
