    Comments by customer It had been our great pleasure engaging Alson to sell our flat. He was very helpful and hardworking with the marketing of our flat. He was also very selective with his choice of potential buyers, which helped us alot to quicken the sale process and to suit our busy schedule. He was honest with his opinions and always acted at the best interest of his clients.
    We have tried to engage several agents initially but none could provide us the same level of comfort and chemistry Alson provided. In the end, we took the risk to engage Alson as our sole agent and thankfully he did not disappoint us. We managed to sell our flat within our projected time frame and within our target price range.
    Alson also assisted us at every step of the administration work and took the initiative to troubleshoot any issues for us. His fees were also reasonable given his efforts.
    We will not hesitate to refer him to other sellers/buyers out there. :)
