    Comments by customer After indicating to Clay on our preferred estate and unit type, he was able to arrange a series of viewings. On the first batch of viewings, we spent the whole day viewing more than 10 units within the same estate. He was quickly able to deduce from our input on the kind of units to filter out for future viewings. He gave good advise on possible ways to alter the layout of the flats viewed, either by renovation or creative use of furniture. Ultimately, we moved our search to a different area, and were able to secure a unit suited our preference / needs / budget.
