Joseph possesses all the attributes necessary to be an excellent agent: his knowledge in the market extremely well; he is diligent, responsive, and yet very patient with his clients. Joseph is both very professional and personable. He clearly takes pride in doing a good job. In my particular case as a buyer of our condo, there were many rough spots on the road to closing and in every instance Joseph was a great help.

    Comments by customer I would like to just state the good work done by Mr Joseph Lim (R043901D) who was appointed exclusively to sell our unit. He is professional, reliable, helpful and friendly throughout the sale process and even after the deal was closed. From the word go, he was able to get many potential buyers to view the unit. And as expected, he was able to sell the unit at our price we wanted in 2 months.

    He was also helpful and offered good advice throughout the sale process, making it the whole process less stressful. He thoroughly understands both the buyer and seller's needs, and hence is able to bridge the gap very quickly. He's always responds to our queries very quickly, even late at night.

    Lastly, even with the deal done and dusted, he is still helping us out with some loose ends over the unit.

    I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs a housing agent for his professionalism, knowledge and customer service. He has made the whole sales process a breeze for us.

    We have enagaged the service of Joseph at the 11th hour as the last appointed agent was not able to close any sales for 2 months. Joseph did so in less than 2 weeks. He gave us the right recommended price range to sell based on market trend and advised us on how to improve the conditions of our unit to make it more attractive.     When rental market was weak at those periods, I was happy and impressed that Joseph could rent out my apartment just one week before my husband and I left for overseas attachment. And he had everything completed on the dot despite not being well those weeks. (he had chicken pox😅)
