    Vincent was very professional in his dealing and gave helpful advice at every stage of the transaction - listing, negotiating, agreement, etc. He was patient and sincere in his efforts.

    He also gave useful tips on the profile of the tenant which also helped us in concluding the deal smoothly. Even after the deal was closed he helped in sorting minor pending issues.

He is an extremely honest and principled man, a trait that is not common amongst many agents these days. He also goes the extra mile in helping me to spruce up the decor of my place for rental and deal with repairs as well, which he does not have to. All in all a very reliable agent. Very experienced and knowledgeable in property trends/ tenant behaviours as well. I engaged his help for the purchase of my condo, and continued to engage his service thereafter for its subsequent rental after the previous lease expired. I can't recommend him enough to anyone. You will not regret getting his help!
