    Comments by customer When we decided to sell our 5I and buy an executive apartment / an executive maisonette we've come across Louis through a phone call for an online enquiry by us. He approached us and asked he's willing to help on selling and buying with a competitive commission.

    He made sure we got a good property to buy at a prime location first and then concentrated on buying our property. It was my friend actually who was interested in buying our property. Though my friend wasn't going to pay him he still helped him find loan agent and a lawyer which was fabulous.

    He helped me find a lawyer, find a mover, change SP services account and so on. He is very genuine and the best realty agent I've come across in last 6 years of stay at Singapore. Even after his payment was made in full he still went ahead and applied SP service transfer for me which shows his professionalism and commitment to the job he takes up. I would certainly recommend Louis for each and every one.

    As I need to sell the house before my 6 months deadline, I was panicking.
