During the fact-finding stage, Patrick has been very meticulous in terms of understanding our needs and/or constraints. He made several sound proposals that are in line with our needs and that we have failed to realize. He understands the need to give us time to consider his suggestions.

    During the process of hunting for a suitable property, Poh Keng made several initial proposals. Despite the fact that we requested several alternatives, Patrick has never lost his patience when we decided to fall back on the initial proposal.

    After the OTP is done up, Poh Keng acted very professionally by recommending suitable banks and lawyers. Not only does he help us understand the variables that we need to consider, he also respects our choices and decisions.

    We have dealt with a number of agents and we have to say that Poh Keng has more than exceeded our expectations!
