    Comments by customer I would like to take this opportunity to compliment Ms Josephine Tan of ERA Realty Network Pte Ltd.  Ms Tan has shown thorough professionalism & empathy in selling my property in this slow market.

     

    I had engaged many other real estate agents to sell my condominium apartment for a few years without success.

     

    I did not actually engage Ms Tan to sell my unit in any media.  I merely told her that I had the intention to sell my unit some years ago and she could represent me if she could find a buyer.  However, she remembered my intention and is resourceful enough to find a buyer through her own contacts and sealed the deal with one viewing with the highest transacted price in my area.

     

    The service she provided was fantastic. She was prompt with communication and effective with the progress of the sale.

     

    Furthermore, Ms Tan goes the extra mile to ensure that both buyer and seller are satisfied with the transaction.

     

    She is definitely an invaluable asset to the company she works for.  I would highly recommend Ms Josephine Tan to anyone looking to sell or rent their properties.
