    Met the right person ,Mr Nizam showed his expertise as an agent throughout our whole transaction. He is sincere and detail-oriented in advicing my spouse and I on the whole process.

    He would explain rationally with facts on the things we have concerns on and always keep our best interest in mind. He is also helpful in delivering prompt and detailed response to any of our queries.

    Last but not the least, he is passionate in his dealings and he will always strive to give his best to his clients. He is really Mr Nice, as what he is known for due to his caring personality.     And he matched all the description that the reviews mentioned. Thorough, helpful, patient, promptness.

    Encik Nizam was prompt in answering any queries my husband and I had, no need to chase him. He was honest, when he genuinely is not sure, he will check and get back to us. His experience in housing matters is reflected in his clear explanations about the procedures and terms which us (first time buyers) are clueless about.

    And you know that he is sincere, and not just trying to push sales. He has your best interest at heart; listening intently to your plans in regards to housing and advising accordingly. And gave us tips on what to look out for when house hunting!

    No regrets engaging him, completed our buying of flat in 4 months.

    My spouse & I finally gotten our home and we would like to thank Cik Nizam for getting us there! It started in May 2019 through a good friend's recommendation and after 3 months later, we had already collected our keys! Cik Nizam had been awesome throughout our journey. He was very professional, dedicated, responsive, patience, respectful and experience. Cik Nizam would share his point of views and importants points where my spouse and I had either missed or had no idea of. Buying our first home, Cik Nizam would also share the importants of location, house layouts, wind/sun direction, neighbourhood etc. and also the different choices and ideas from different races (Wow!). All in all, Cik Nizam had been amazing! But every amazing journey has its ending and I would definitely recommend Cik Nizam to anyone and everyone that is either buying or selling their house.
