    Comments by customer I would like to take this opportunity to express my heartfelt thanks and note of appreciation for the outstanding customer service provided by your salesperson Raymond Tung throughout the home buying process.

    Be in rain or shine, he will always be waiting for us and drive us for the viewing of houses. At one point of time, we are very sad and lost as one of the units we like very much is taken up by another group of buyer before we make an offer. But Raymond exhibit great professionalism by encouraging us not to be disheartened and he arrange more houses for us to view the following day.

    He is very patient with us as we took quite awhile to finally gotten the house which fit our criteria. When the government announced in the Budget Statement about the increase in the CPF Housing Grant for first timer buying resale HDB flat, he update me about the good news immediately and help us to write an appeal to HDB resale offers during our Appointment in order to get additional $10,000 grant from $15,000 to $25,000 (Single with foreign wife) because we bought the house before the announcement on 20th February 2017.

    Both me and my wife are very pleased with his performance and always ready to go the extra mile for us. We would not have gotten our love nest without his effort and presence.
