    Comments by customer Thank you to agent Hana and agent Hans as they help us to buy 4 rooms resale HDB flat recently. We decided to buy resale HDB flat after been waiting for BTO balance flat which will complete the construction at the year of 2022. They help us to calculate the amount of money that we afford to buy a flat from our HLE. At first we thought of buying only 3 rooms resale HDB flat but agent Hana make the list of houses to review for 4 rooms HDB also, After reviewing the flat, my wife and me decided to buy 4 rooms HDB flat as it is near to my parents flat, amenities, mosque and my wife working place. Agent Hana help us to negotiate with the seller to get the flat less than $300k, she also help us to get housing grants around $90k. Agent Hans and Hana also very approachable and understandable with our needs. Without their help, maybe until now we are still searching and waiting for our dream house. Thank you once again to agent Hans and Hana.
