I've engaged her to sell my flat seeing how professional she is but having no confidence at all to have my flat sold fast as there are many viewings for my unit over a month but no one shown keen interest. Within few day, Ailsa brought a potential buyer up and go e extra mile to advice us how we can better present our flat to provide a good impression hence in one viewing, the buyer was interested and the sales was closed in less than a month.     Comments by customer I applaud Ailsa Ang for her diligence, perseverance, positiveness, pro-activeness shown during my time with her. I have been trying to sell my unit for the past 6 months with no avail. However, Ailsa Ang has been very hardworking since day 1. She was a hard worker and to value-add, she tried to her best ability to help me sell my unit by giving me advices on how to further prepare my house for viewing and was very positive although I was rather disheartened in the beginning. Ailsa was not only positive, she was also able to continuously bring potential buyers to view my unit. Almost every weekend and even weekdays there were people coming to view my unit and eventually, after less than 2 months and after a lot of perseverance on her part, she managed to sell my unit at a price that I am very comfortable and happy with. I would sincerely recommend Ailsa Ang to my family and friends as she is trustworthy and she gets the job done very amicably!

    She is a person of integrity, and very professional and knowledgeable in her domain. In addition, she is friendly and patient when at difficult situations. For example, at the first few months when the progress seemed stagnant, I, as a seller, showed a bit anxiety. She was however demonstrating her professionalism, spending time explaining to us her analysis while continuing her hard work finding potential buyers.

I have decided to interview her, given her good credentials as well as her clean and confident look.

    Ailsa has proven to be the right choice as she was able to answer all my difficult questions, provided regular concise report on the progress of viewings. Many issues were encountered along the way but Ailsa was able to help us resolve them effectively and efficiently. Her support and efforts were so professional and beyond extra miles. No words can show my gratitude towards her in helping us to transact our unit with legal complication successfully and with no resource wastage.
