    market insight that has been provided by Madeline.

    Madeline represented me in purchasing my first
    property and also represented my parent in leasing
    out her property.

    Despite her hectic schedule, Madeline went above
    the call of duty and did an excellent job in assisting
    with the necessary rectification works to my parent’s
    house so that it could be successfully leased out.
    She was patient, pro-active and timely in following
    up with the various contractors. She was also pro-
    active in helping to source for tenants and marketing
    my parent's property. In all her various interactions
    with the tenants, my parent and myself she was
    patient and extremely professional — hallmarks of an
