    Comments by customer I wish to place on record the excellent service by Mr Melvin Tan on the purchase of my 4A flat in Hougang.
    Recently, I was thinking of either buying a flat at block 515 or 516 Hougang Ave 10. Mr Tan was the main factor that swayed my decision of buying the flat at block 516. Melvin was very patient with us and provided excellent service to us. I congratulate ERA for having such a good staff and will not hesitate to recommend him to any anyone who wants to sell or buy a HDB flat.

    Comments by customer Melvin repeatedly again proved to us that he is the trustworthy agent to rely on when comes to property transaction. We simply informed him about our criteria and requirements, he takes on from there from shortlisting property and update us on the available units.

    He viewed the property on our behalf and keep us informed over the process. We are glad to have him doing the transaction from viewing, negotiations, paperwork until handover smoothly to us on time. He even exceeded our expectation when we required to move in much earlier than planned timeline. Given him a very short notice period, he managed to liaise the arrangement without issue. We never hesitate to engage him and fully recommended his real estate service. Try him and you will never regret.

I am indeed glad and thankful to have Melvin handle the transactions right from the beginning till the completion of the paperwork. It was fuss free for me as Melvin was able to handle the situations tactfully, patiently and professionally. He has very good knowledge of the market and shares his experience and advice. I could see his commitment and always prompt response to my queries. Amazingly, he closed the deal within the tight time frame given and way above my expected price. Right after the sale, I did not hesitate further and engaged his service to search for a house, a place that I call Home now. I would definitely recommend his service to anyone who needs it.

    Comments by customer I am writing to compliment Mr Tan Kong Hwee (Melvin) - R026686A & Mr Tan Swee Kee (Henry) - R025471E. They have been exceptionally helpful in the sale of my Mum’s flat. It was amazing, with their experience, they have been able to negotiate and get the ideal price for my mum’s flat. Even through their busy schedules, they try to actually match our schedules and looking for our ideal home. Both Mr Tan have been of great help, even in recognizing “potentially troubled flats” keeping us informed of the surroundings. They also try to help us find our ideal flat, by trying to match our budget, space and also locations. Informing us of the great buys in that area.

    Both Mr Tan have also been extremely helpful with the contra of the HDB and the buyer side, even though we had a little hiccups during that period. They are very patient in listening to our needs and go all the way out to help their clients.

    I do appreciate the little things that they have done and also the advices that they have given. My mum and our family are really happy to have them serve us, going the extra mile, we strongly recommend them to any potential sellers/buyers!
