    Comments by customer I am a client of ERA, my intention of writing this letter is to share my experience of the excellent service provided by your property agent Ms. Ng Siang Ling. I engaged Ms. Ng in Dec 2016 to rent out my apartment at Thomson 311. She managed to find a tenant for me and helped to arrange for fitting curtains, service air-conditioners and even helped the tenant to shop for a refrigerator which he preferred.

    Three weeks before the starting of the tenancy agreement, we discovered defective flooring of the entire living room and needed to be resurfaced. The developer could not promise to finish the work in time. Ms. Ng helped to liaise and explain to the tenant and organised alternative plan in case the tenant could not move in as planned. Luckily, the flooring was completed on the last day and Ms. Ng even arranged for cleaner to clean and let the tenant move in on the same day without delaying/

    One month after the tenant moved in, another mishap happened, the roof top water tank leaked and the entire apartment was flooded. Ms. Ng was informed by the tenant and without delay she informed me, called the management and helped to follow up with the repair works. I really appreciate her service and wanted to give her a small token to compensate for her time and transport. However, she declined to accept it and told me this is part of her job.

    I would like to take this opportunity to send my sincere appreciation and thanks to Ms. Ng for being a responsible and professional property agent.

    Comments by customer I write on behalf of my siblings / bros Lai Yeow Tian Robert and Lai Yeow Choy Andrew whom both are trustees to the above property.

    My siblings share, consult and brainstorm with me, regarding the above property with due respect, regarding the sale of the property, in which I contributed my hearsay.

    To write in, is to give ‘credit’ to your Ng Siang Ling for a job ‘well done’, being the third exclusive agent, into the success of the sale, proven by her, in her very own shortest possible time.

    Ng Siang Ling’s painstaking effort, into the success of the property sale, is hardly two months, during her three months exclusive ship.

    Two previous property agents did not make up the exclusive sale opportunity regretfully.

    As a matter of speaking, a former exclusive agent even reside in Sunrise Garden, which we thought her chances and opportunity were high, having her own circle of influence amongst residents there, but did not make up to her own success, regretfully.

    Ng Siang Ling’s performance, proofed testimony of her achievement, that results into a successful sale, that this letter has to be forwarded in her record of achievement.

    Be it her luck, the fact still remains of market sediment and location of the property, that Ng Siang Ling’s ‘magic touch’, by her ‘magic wane’, is and was the order of the day, that she, Ng Siang Ling even managed to ‘up the ante’, into the increased of the property sale price by an additional of $25,000/- more/

    Is there any reason/s, not to have this letter forwarded to ERA management, to be proud to have an agent like Ng Siang Ling.
