    He is a very dedicated agent who put in 100% effort in sourcing a tenants for both my houses. He give me good advise and what are the potential tenants to accept to look out for. He even go to to the extend to help me settle my new house such as lights installation, curtains and defects follow up before i rented out the house. He is also very prompt in answering my queries and all my transactions go smoothly for me without any issue. I am very thankful and grateful for all the assistance David rendered to me.     Comments by customer This was our first time engaging a real estate agent and David made that experience very painless thanks to his professionalism and vast knowledge of the market. David listened very patiently to our requirements for our dream home and even adapted his search to our changing tastes. David is punctual and often early for all our appointments and always meticulous in the way he handles any issues that arose. David even helped us with our rental apartment and liaised with the landlord's agent to settle outstanding issues. He went above and beyond his duty whenever he could and we truly appreciate his efforts and extra time he devotes to maintaining such a high professional standard in his work.
    It is hard to say any one good thing about David because he really is very well-suited for this profession, given his many positive qualities. My husband and I are very grateful to David for all his assistance and we will most definitely recommend him to be engaged by our friends and family.
