    Comments by customer is is to certify that Prunella did a great job for me by getting me the right tenant for my clinic at Orchard. From the first time we met, she had been very honest and upfront with me. Her professionalism is exemplary.

    Every aspect of the rental process from the listing, the many viewings, the rental negotiations were carried out punctually and in very congenial manner. She persisted in finding a tenant for me despite me giving up a few months back. When she finally found the right tenant, the rental agreement was then done in exacting detail, which I appreciate very much as it left no room for any future misunderstanding.

    I will strongly recommend her to anyone looking for a housing or commercial property agent, for a leasing or sale agreement. I wish her well in all her future endeavours.
