    Comments by customer I would like to take this opportunity to thank 2 of your housing agents Mr BC Chua and Miss Rachel Ang for their outstanding effort in helping me to sell off my unit at jurong west. I actually had different agents helping me to sell my unit but I feel only Mr Chua and Miss Ang are really interested in helping me to sell my unit cause they always bring genuine buyers to look at the unit unlike other agents which give me a feeling of using my unit as a stepping stone for their client which they have the exclusive rights.

    We had imagined that looking for a new home would be a big source of stress resulting from the amount of time taken to view countless numbers of houses, before we could settle down on one.

    At the beginning, we liked the way you asked us in detail on what we’re looking for, then narrowing things down for us. After each house visit, we noticed that you asked very specific questions and were sensitive in making quick adjustments based on our comments.

    To our surprise, our 2-day cumulative worth of home viewings proposed by you resulted in a positive find. We found the place we wanted so fast, that it felt like we were simply buying vegetables in the market. How much more amazing can it be?!

    Thank you for daring to speak your mind as well. Your thoughts on the maisonette, for example, gave us a clearer idea that it is not what we were actually looking for. That was very valuable advice from the both of you.
