    Comments by customer I was referred to Joji by my son when looking to rent out our HDB flat. She was able to find a pair of young women to be our tenants, and importantly, she completed her due diligence and background checks then. All was good for a whole year, but soon after we renewed the lease with the same tenants, we found that, unbeknownst to us they'd sublet a room to a mother/daughter pair, and relations between tenant/sub-tenant had become so fraught that our tenants sought our help; e.g., the police were even called in. And even though this was an issue completely outside of her responsibility, I thought of her, and true enough, Joji undertook it on herself to assist me in sorting things out, all's well end's well to say the least.

    Comments by customer We met Joji when we looking for our matrimonial property, and were impressed with her knowledge of our district of choice and more importantly, her gentle demeanour. We viewed many, many properties, and when it seemed impossible that we might settle on a unit of our choice in terms of cost, location, and size, Joji was unwavering in her support. I do not think we would be residing where we are today if not for her heroic efforts.

    Comments by customer Joji pre, during and post sales effort is one of the rare and special one in the market. Her pre and post sales effort is so amazing that i have introduced her to a few friends that are looking to buy. I was looking to buy a home at central orchard and i told her what i need and Joji didn't waste a single minute of my time and she gets me what i need.

    Joji was instrumental in helping me navigate price negotiation that is win win and she follows up and extremely helpful to even introduce me to her friend at private wealth to help me on various needs and even post transaction she help me to get a better bank loan to lower my interest rate. who do this nowsaday !

    I would recommend Joji with a heart beat. She is both very professional , client oriented, not pushy as she is simply a good person who understands and have good pedigree that will look after you.
