    Comments by customer I am writing to give feedback on the services rendered to me for the sale of my house and the purchase of my flat.

    It has been a very long time since my parents sold or bought a property and without the patience and contentiousness of David, the process would have been a lot more painful and tedious. David was patient in running through the details repeatedly with my parents so that they are informed. He was always available to answer any queries and he paid close attention to their needs. He also provided much assurance to their areas of concern. His knowledge of the property in the east helped us narrow down the options for purchase very quickly. With his help, the entire process had been smooth and we are able to sell and purchase within our planned timeline.

    With the help of David, I have recently closed the transaction and this cannot be done without the conscientious efforts from David.

    I have known David as an experienced property agent and I know that he has greater expertise in the East. However, he shows good knowledge of the proximity of my property.

    David is very patient with me as I have limited timings for viewings and provides regular updates from potential buyers.

    Every viewing, he will promote interests to the viewers with great enthusiasm and covers with such great details.
