I have been marketing my HDB flat for a long while (Dec 2015 to Dec 2017) through many other agents but to no avail. One fine day in early December 2017, my mother-in-law passed me Christina’s contact as my mother-in-law happened to be acquainted with Christina’s friend. In fact, later on, I found out that my mother-in-law was also closely acquainted with Christina’s mother. Hence, fate brought us together. Christina managed to sell my HDB in less than one month (during the seasonally quiet and dull period of the year) when the rest of the agents did not even manage to sell my flat after 2 years. She did not manage to pull off this amazing feat by mere stroke of a luck. It was her sheer commitment, relentless determination and passion for her job that had allowed her to accomplish this marvellous feat!
First and foremost, at the first appointment to view my HDB flat so that she could understand before starting to market for me, she was very punctual. In fact, she arrived earlier than me. I was pleasantly surprised because most of the agents I met thus far were usually late, citing very lousy reasons such as traffic jams, prior viewing appointments taking longer than expected, etc. As a person who greatly values punctuality, she had already left a very good impression in my mind.
In addition, Christina was also very professional and frank when sharing her views and strategies on how best to market my flat. At the first viewing with the potential buyers (i.e. a couple buying flat for the first time), she was very well-prepared for every single question that the buyers asked. She was able to explain every single characteristic of my flat in a manner that would be most appealing to any potential buyer. She tackled with ease all the “difficult questions” such as noise from MRT track, Level 14 being inauspicious, odd shape of my flat, lack of extensive renovation, seemingly small master-bedroom, etc.
After this first appointment with the potential buyers, she followed up promptly to “lock in” the buyer skilfully with all her many years of experiences. Hence, we managed to secure the next viewing with the buyers again in early January 2018 where the buyers would bring their Grand Fengshui Master to view the flat. We knew that the buyers were serious and they needed the final blessing from their Grandmaster before purchasing the unit.
Ahead of the second appointment in early January 2018, she went beyond her call of duty to pray for the successful transaction at the local temple. Not only this, she also offered to mop the floor for me ahead of the scheduled viewing. I declined flatly as I should do it myself, rather than relying on her.
On the day of the second viewing, Christina successfully closed the transaction for me. She again amazed me with her impressive feat. She

Besides that, she was also fully understand on our requirement for the timing of moving out, which we told her that we hope to move house during our children’s school holiday only and it was very fantastic , she managed to arrange for us! She is really a caring / sincere person and take cares for her customer’s interest.
Everything was smooth, we will be moving to our New Home soon and we are very satisfied!
