Shawn has put in tremendous effort in understanding our needs, given that we were in such complicated situation at some point in time. But with Shawn, he will make things possible for you and nothing less but definitely more than what you bargained for.
    Throughout the whole process of purchasing of unit in Northoaks Condominium, Shawn presents and carries himself both internally and externally well as a Real Estate Agent and he is now not just an agent to us, but a true friend.

    We informed Shawn on the unit we were interested in. He was very frank and fair telling us that there were other potential buyers in the queue. Shawn told us that he will assist & follow up closely with the owner for any development and convey our sincere intent of buying.


    We started the purchasing in mid Oct 18 and eventually collected our keys to our home on the 14th Jan 19. Throughout the entire challenging but smooth acquiring process, we were being rendered the kindest full attention & great assistance by Shawn, whom has gone to extra miles in order to fulfill our requests and situation.


    This is not my first pleasant dealing with a property agent, but myself and my wife would say, Shawn will be the only property agent that we will be ever dealing with in future or recommend to anyone who requires trustable, reliable and good services to transact their property.

    In this competitive market, Shawn had proven to be an able negotiator. I am happy to finally have the house sold and gotten a resale unit with a comfortable price. He worked hard to get the right deal and now it is over and I am enjoying the fruit of his labour.

    Indeed, I am impressed that it could have been a handyman’s job and fortunately, Shawn assisted in helping to change a new lock of the letterbox.
