    Comments by customer We would like to commend your property agents, Ms Kelly Yu and Mr Mark Yu for their professional service.

    We have recently engaged both of them as our agents to sell our condominium and purchase a 4 room resale flat. Our sale of the condominium was dealt with quickly and efficiently. They took photos of our unit, advertised and managed to find a buyer within the 24 hours. We were most impressed with the level of communication and were kept up to date at each stage of the transaction. Their commitment and efficiency really impressed us.

    Both of them have been very accommodating, patience and the viewing arrangement was arranged systematically and organized. Even though we have our own transport, Mark offered to give us a ride during the viewing. His service really goes beyond what a property agent will normally do.

    Their commitment and professionalism in providing the best service was really impressive and commendable.

    Comments by customer We engaged Kelly to sell our condo. A previous agent could not sell the unit after six months, so we didn't expect much. We still can't believe she sold it in 30 days. We engaged one agent but got two instead. Kelly and Mark's professionalism raised the bar on customer experience. Highly effective in guiding us though the entire process, starting with contracts. Online forms made the paperwork painless too. The photos were so well taken it tempted us to change our minds and keep the place. They were using the right sales tactics, we could see our listing in on line ads and searches. We asked for market price, just like previous attempt but there were fifteen times more viewing. Kelly and Mark were not pushy on viewing times and were careful not to inconvenience us. When it was down to two potential buyers (one cobroke), it was clear that they acted with integrity and in our best interest. We have engaged agents before and believe this one of our best experiences.
