    Comments by customer would like to formally commend Mr Brian Chua for the excellent service he provided to my family and I throughout the property search, rental and handover process. In my opinion, the level of service that Mr Chua extended to my family was far beyond our expectations.

    As the year comes to an end, it is customary for me to sit back and reflect on what had happened throughout the year and also with whom I have encountered wonderful experiences and am thankful for.

    I knew one of your agents, Andrew Simon, for a few years. Just the recent 2 years (2015 and 2016), I have alot more dealings with him because of my business needs which required relocation of some of our business operational premises. Usually for such needs, I will reach out to various agents that have been serving me so as to have better options to premises as different agents may have different portfolios.

    As I dealt with a variety of agents, many agents tried for a while and gave up when they couldn't find something that meets my requirements. They are the ones who merely comb through the shared database that all agents have access to.

    Andrew Simon is very different. He stood out amongst the agents that I dealt with as the most resilient. If he cannot find any premises that suited my needs from the common database, he will talk to me to get more details from me in order to understand my requirements better. And once he understood and know that I'm more keen on a certain location or any particular building, he would spend numerous days and weekends, combing through the location or building, knocking on doors, level by level, to ask if the tenant or landlord would like to rent out or find someone to take over their business premises. He really goes all out of the way to find suitable business premises for me knowing that I'm a very serious client who knows exactly what I need. ERA will find it hard to find an agent who goes door-to-door to get potential business these days.

    Andrew Simon is also very customer-centric. His level of customer service standards is tip-top and he is always just a phone call away.

    Andrew also goes the extra mile for clients like me. Unlike agents who after closing a case will wash their hands off and move on to other leads, Andrew will help me look at minor loose ends like where we can put up places for advertising or who we can talk to for such matters. He is always more than willing to get all these extra information and contact person for me. Andrew sometimes also liaise with my Interior Designer on my behalf, if need be.

    To top it off, Andrew is humble though he has gained some successes in his agency business.

    ERA is very fortunate to have Andrew as her agent, and I believe that with his very hardworking attitude, resilience, determination to break seemingly insurmountable barriers, a humble and service-oriented friend to all his clients, he will bring in alot of businesses to ERA.
