I've found Jolene to always be very hard working, honest and to act in our best interests and in the interests of our property investment in Singapore. She has always gone the extra mile to help co-ordinate repairs to so we can maintain the property to a high standard. Being based in the UK, this would be almost impossible without her help.     (a) She puts her clients above her own priorities (e.g. She was attending a personal event when I asked to view the show-flat of a condo which I did not even shortlist at the first instance. She arranged for us to meet within an hour and I got my desired unit the next day!).

    She helped to analyse my personal preferences, considering I had other shortlisted developments, and gave me ample time and personal space to think through, and was always a message away when I needed further clarification).

    Comments by customer We wish to thank Derek, Jolene and Melvin - "Teampower" for their high level of enthusiasm and commitment in selling our flat. We are the 4th person in our family within a short span of 2years in engaging their service. They are professional in both providing advisory and selling of our house.
    Although with technology advances, we can do the sales in our own capacity. We believe an agent will work better and we have no regret in making this decision.

    Despite the challenge of weak market as well as low transacted price (contributed by my neighbour), Derek and team managed to secure a good bargain for us.
