    We concluded the sale of our current house on Monday! Shon Foong is indispensable right from the word go. He did his background work and worked around to manage our expectations with regards to the current real estate market. We admire his candid honesty and is patience. His high standard for the quality of online photographs led to a week long spring cleaning spree. This attracted a healthy stream of potential buyers. Shon took just 3 days to close the deal! At the price we wanted and with the T&Cs that we wanted. He is a realtor whom we can count on to negotiate for our best interests. His "under promise and over deliver" work attitude is very welcoming and a fresh breathe to others we have worked with prior. Thank you so much Shon for everything! We are extremely grateful for such a wonderful experience that perhaps house hunting will be a hobby in years to come!

    Mr. Shon was introduced in right time as we struggle to sell our 3rm HDB flat. Shon had helped us to sell our HDB flat within 2 weeks stipulated time as a record and also good price.

     

    Further to add, Mr .Shon has helped us to buy a 3bed room private condo in a best undervalued deal in shortest time.

    Comments by customer I would like to share my feedback on Shon.

    I was marketing my HDB property for about 3 months with no success with another agency. Then I got introduced to Shon. You can imagine my apprehension! Here goes another 3 months, I thought to myself silently...

    Shon came across with a twist on the very first day I met him. He reassured me that reducing the price of the property is not the solution to a successful sale on the very first appointment. Can u believe this guy! Even if I know this is not the solution, I would not be throwing away my trump card just like that! So the journey began…

    Within a week I had like 5 viewings and the unit sold in 3 weeks, without reducing the price, well technically it went down by $1000, but I am not complaining.

    He worked nights and days trying to arrange many viewings for us for our condo. Again, he surprised us by understanding our needs and opened up new opportunities that we did not think was possible. We have always wanted a penthouse, but we did not tell him, because we thought it would be too expensive and also from our searches we know it will be as well. Again Shon exceeded expectations. He also went on to negotiate a good deal (undervalue) for the chosen property.

    What can I say about this guy! Simply the best!

    If only every agent out there can do the work with the same amount of passion like Shon, we would truly not have to wait very long for transactions.

    Go Shon! May you achieve further success and continue to grow.
