    Recently, I retained Aaron to sell my EA flat and 4 room flat in Hougang. Aaron managed to sell my EA at the higher range of my price and purchase a 4 Room flat at the lower end of my price range. I congratulate ERA for having such a good staff and will not hesitate to recommend him to any anyone who wants to sell or buy a HDB flat.

When we first met up in April 2017, Ashley presented herself well taking notes and efficiently explaining the process. As she prepared herself to go into maternity, she made every detail possible for Aaron to follow up with no lapse in time. Aaron is such a joy to deal with.

    Comments by customer I would like to take a moment to appreciate the service provided by Aaron and Ashley towards the sale of our HBD flat.
    The fact that we are not in Singapore at the moment, makes it difficult to follow up etc. but they have made sure it never proved to be an issue.

    Now that the HDB 1st appointment is confirmed, I look forward for a continued support from them towards the successful completion of remaining formalities.

    I would not hesitate to recommend them to any of my friends if they need any such services.
