    Comments by customer My ex-tenant very un-operate & using excuses for rejecting buyers house viewing for several time during the tenancy agreement period. Michelle very patient & manage getting house photos & video for website advertisement. My condo unit's floor are dented, kitchen door damaged, cooker hob oily & rusty etc when tenancy period is expired. Michelle getting quotation & contractor (house cleaning, machine washing tiled floor, floor parquet varnishing, replacing new cooker hob, replace water heater remote control unit etc.) to make good of my condo unit. SRX listing did not reflect the actual property value and she called to SRX complain & my condo value increased from $769,000 to $801,000 in January 2018. The unit selling price are within my expectation & above the SRX listing value. I appreciate & very satisfy her excellent services & high recommend her services to my friends if they request housing agent service.

    Comments by customer I would like to compliment one of your ERA estate agents CEA REG NO R024300D Michelle Ong Chin Swan.

    1. On 6 jan 2017, we had appointed ERA Michelle Ong. She did a financial plan with us and also informed us year 2017 market outlook is not optimistic and she will best market on according to our requirements of initial resale price at $540k.

    2. Michelle Ong Is a very hardworking and perseverance agent. Every months there is house viewing and after the house viewing there are Feedback from the buyers.

    3. Michelle will share the feedback and ask us to improve by rearranging some of the item to make it tidy and spacious. We heed Michelle advice earnestly.

    4. Despite the 18 times house viewing for the period of 5 months. As a seller we felt demoralise and sometime in our mind asking what happen to the flat.

    5. After several review, Michelle Ong provided us a comprehensive after Sales report and advise us accordingly. We heed Michelle advice.

    6. She also publish the sales in various marketing portal eg SRX property website etc etc to reach out more potential buyers.

    7. However ERA agent Michelle Ong is very positive and she said that good news on the way and ask us to stay positive and patient .She also mention that if the buyer like the house. No matter what she will buy.

    8. Lastly, on a beautiful day of May 2017. The buyer loves our flat and purchase at our expected price. Both buyer and Seller were very happy. The deal was successfully closed.
