We viewed one of the unit in Lagoon view marketed by Jeffrey and find him to be sincere and professional in conducting his business. We decided to engage him to help us with finding this investment property and eventually bought a unit thru him. The whole process was a breeze and he helped us to negotiate a very good price. Our relationship developed further and we engage him again to find another house for our own stay in D19 and again he didn’t disappoint. He was patient and provide us with great info and insights. Eventually, we got the house we wanted for our own stay in this wonderful development called Florida. we have also recommended Jeffrey to my daughter who needs to rent out her flat in Toa payoh and we are very happy that he found her a tenant in the shortest time possible and at a much higher rent. We have now become good friends and i will not hesitate to recommend him to any of my friends.

I was a first time buyer and I have no idea about buying a house. He was very patient in answering my questions, and he provided a lot of information which helped me greatly in making my decision.
    He made a lot of effort in understanding my needs, which made the purchase process very fast. It only took me 2 weekends of viewing to find a house which I love. He’s also very helpful in the post-sales process, knowing that I don’t have any experience.

    Comments by customer My husband and I will like to take this opportunity to thank your staff, Mr Jeffrey Lee Kuan Beng, for the excellent service rendered to us on the purchase of our EC as well as the sale of our HDB flat.

     

    During the purchase of our EC two years back, we faced some issues with our financing and bank loan processes. Thankfully, Jeffrey helped to resolve the problems by linking us up with appropriate agencies. It was his wealth of knowledge and experience which helped to alleviate our anxiety then.

     

    In the last few months, Jeffrey also assisted us in the sale of our HDB flat. It was his professionalism that contributed to the sale process being very pleasant and smooth sailing.

    Jeffrey brought many potential buyers to view our flat despite the low market and also gave us sound advice from time to time.
