    Comments by customer Honestly my house wasn't an easy sell, I knew that and having a top notch agent was important. I myself having been in sales for a long time, I knew that to have the best, you can't expect to be cheap. So full on exclusive was given to Eric and I have to say he delivered as promised. In the market whereby there are so many to choose from and many empty promises, Eric deliver on price and timeline. It was a hassle free journey for me and I would definitely engage or recommend his professionalism again.

It is important to have an agent who listens to your needs and not just product push. Buying a house can be tiring but it should also be a fun and enjoyable process, after all buying a new place is an exciting thing. I have to say the whole process with Eric was enjoyable and stress-free, his knowledge and opinions are well appreciated to guide us to making the best decision for our home, this is after all the biggest commitment that anyone ones goes through.

When i was searching for property to buy, prior to getting Tracy, i had an agent that scheduled viewings such that only one viewing is available on one day. With Tracy, i got multiple viewings packed into one day, saving time and energy. Eric helped sold our place within 1 month of listing at the price we want. Don't know what magic he used, or maybe its the professional looking video he did that helped a lot.

My property is rented out in a flash amidst the current slow rental market. Very personalised service provided and will always go the extra mile for his customers.
